Proshield provides a sub-contractor service to construction companies across the North West area. Most new build services are carried out under the umbrella of an architects specification or main contractor design & build.
We understand the importance of our role within a construction project. Until a roof is watertight, internal trades work cannot commence so our role is pivotal to ensure a project runs smoothly. Our reputation is built by ensuring works remain on schedule and within the planned budgets.
We also understand a main contractor's ethical and sustainable practices are under scrutiny more than ever before, as clients look for reassurance that their reputation is not at risk. Health & Safety requirements are forever evolving, so our commitment to managing risks through effective training and competent advice is in place.
Estimating Services
Understanding and interpreting the clients requirements from a set of drawings or briefing is vitally important. When it comes to discussing specification and roofing requirements, we have in-house dedicated estimators & roof surveyors.
Safe Systems of Work
Proshield is fully committed to health & safety management which is recognised by SSIP vetting schemes such as CHAS and the CITB's CSCS. Proshield is also fully supportive to environmental improvements by reducing carbon footprint, quality management which is demonstrated with our TrustMark accreditation.

West Africa House Roof Terrace
Overlooking the River Mersey and Liver Buildings in Liverpool City Centre, the OhMeOhMy roof top is the perfect venue for special occasions. Proshield was recently awarded the task of waterproofing the new roof terrace area.
The project involved waterproofing over an existing asphalt roof with a Topseal HD waterproofing system which was specified by local architects. As part of the installation, roof furniture including decking, seating, tables and an illuminated glass balustrade decorates the venue which is 11 stories high.
